yes! i'm with you on chemical or burnt... it has to be something to do with the nose after much reading on it. maybe a combination of nose and tongue, i noticed my tongue feels "different" i think mouth wash helps a little bit, atleast makes my juice vapable.
I just switched over to a spinner, and with in an hour of using it is when i noticed the chemical taste... i've done returned my little g6 kit, and now i wish i hadn't. i thought it was from jumping up maybe, used g6 for a week, then used triton for 2 weeks, then just got my spinner yesterday and bam it hit me.
Haven't read the whole thread but have you all been washing out your clearos real well, when new?
I have gone through two periods where everything just tasted *bad*. Is it just this juice or does everything taste off? Nothing really helped much but time. It went away in a few days for me in both cases. I think my version of vaper's tongue doesn't mean I can't taste anything, it just means all of it tastes bitter and gross. Thank Goodness it goes away.

Yeah, youmwere right. Dumped out all my juices in my clearos, rinsed with hot water, soaked in hot water and dish soap, rinsed again, refilled a couple and they taste fine. Wasnt vapors tongue, wasnt my nose, it was chemicals, duh!

(I was reading another thread where someone was recommending steeping juices in a microwave. That is such a bad idea. I don't think the bottles most juices come in are even microwave-safe. All steeping requires is patience, not micro waves.)

So, ItTechy, what's your opinion on using my Easy Bake Oven to steep my juice? Certainly all of that heat and light will help the flavors to develop. I read how to do it online so it must be a good idea.

what strength nic are you vaping with?
being new, you could be on the light side of your nic needs and you are having to vape more frequently than if you were to use a higher strength nic juice. Vaping more, could lead you to some tongue taste effects like you could be having..

I just took the lids and tips off since some of them have a alcohol smell and am letting them sit.
I have a bunch to try but they just came on friday.
I was thinking just leave the lids off, shake them real good once a day,
Wait a week and then try them out.

My new juices are 18, from mafia, goodejuice and mister e liquid.
Havnt been able to vape the new ones at all yet. Hoping they just need to be steeped.
Im still smoking analogs.
Dont know if that played a part.

I still like my Easy Bake Oven idea. I can steep my juice and make a tiny yummy cake at the same time. How great is that!
