Everyone, I just want to jump in and say Thanks for the all the suggestions. Darn, I wish you all had been earlier with this
thread, since I ordered one sampler of each from GetSnus without knowing what's good or not. I'm kidding, of course, about being earlier and I know each has their own taste, so that should be interesting. I do have some of your suggestions and looks like I have some not so good in the freezer that I haven't tried.
Ever since I found out that I'm one that does need snus or I'll be back on cigarettes and
vaping, I still can't get my daily dosage right. Has anyone really worked that out yet? I'm just wondering.
I've found I want one before I leave for work or I just do it to prepare for the day, but today was the 1st time I've done two in the morning...wow, what a difference. So much more positive and energy to really want to do things...so this tells me a lot about what I've been missing.
In case, you can't tell - I'm not too crazy on using snus

other than it's hitting me as something "I have to" to keep off of cigarettes and it is working. And now I'm pretty sure I'm underdoing it to get the real benefits.
So I am curious if anyone has approached it from the minimum or time wise to get through the day, since I haven't worked that one out yet. And, of course, everyone is different. So I did learn today, I better have two in the morning or I'm making life harder than it has to be
