I saw that earlier. Still trying to figure out if the injunction applies to PACT across the board or just to the specific retailer like the e-juice injunction applied only to the "big 2" vendors who filed for relief.

Wiz, I would never even think about trying to vape some of the 100mg liquid. I just got it to bump up my 24mg 555. I want to give it a run at 36mg to see if I like it.

Good morning all. Slow doesn't begin to describe how things are going here today. Literally quiet enough in the office to hear someone typing on the other side of the room. I'm beginning to think I should have followed suit and taken a vacation day today. Ah well, it'll be all over in a few hours. All the empty cobs have me being a little more adventurous with my PV than usual, though, so it's not all wasted time!

Still taking care of summer things.................sigh.......seems it never ends.
Wiz, I found something interesting abt the oral swab nicotine test, but it still leaves some questions.
"The test administered to you (usually an oral swab test) only tests for enzymes produces (and/or killed) through the smoking process. it doesn't test for “tobacco”. btw, the test also looks for hardcore narcotics and HIV."
Ok, that's fine, but would nasal snuff or snus do the same thing by releasing compounds in the saliva being from whole tobacco, or are the components from the combustion process? I can't find anymore out. The regular "nicotine test" would find nic from vaping as it looks for cotinine and that will be present from smoking or vaping as its a breakdown product of nicotine regardless of the source. So, they cant be using that if they allow vaping as they couldn't tell the diff.

Good info V. I was hoping that Wiz could find a way to snuff still. I don't know alot about the testing end of it but did not understand how they could tell the difference between vaping and snuff when they test him.

I totally understand Wiz. It would be easy to fib on paper but if they actually did have a test to tell the difference then I'm not sure what they would do. The difference in premium must be substantial for you to go thru this. Wiz you are not only a member but the President of the Snuff Club.

The last email to hit my inbox is time stamped before noon, so I think it's safe to say that we've reached the critical mass point where absolutely nothing else will get done today.

Hitt.....Last i heard it would be a $20 per two weeks max hike on my insurance(or $40 a month)That still buys alot of juice..LOL! Some folks at work(smokers) didn't even blink when they heard the amount.
As for my Presidential snuff responsibilities....I would have to share those with OTD...and Tropical Bob...He was the one who helped me get started with snuff last year!

Well Wiz you're gonna have to cover for OTD. He's on vacation from the forums for a while. I spoke with him thru email a week or so ago and he is doing well. I was thinking TB could be the Grand Pubah. I have to admit Wiz, for $40 a month I would probably stop snuffing for a while but I would pay it to continue snus. Don't worry I'll be around this weekend keeping an eye on things. If I can get bored, I can just start answering my own posts. I can carry on a pretty good conversation with myself.
