Whats wrong with my battery?

I ordered the V4L mini pcc kit I have had it for a few days now. I hear everyone talking about how good the battery life is I have heard some people say it last about 4 to 5 hours. Mine is only lasting about one and one half hours. I vape about 10 or so puffs put it down and maybe 15 or 20 minutes later do the same. I really like this ecig and I do have another battery I am waiting on but I really think my battery is not up to par, even my 901 and 510 batteries last longer, Any ideas of what possibly might be wrong? any help would be appreciated.

That doesn't sound right. How does it compare to your other battery?

You either have a bad batt or a bad charger - I would wait until you get your other batt and compare, just to make sure which is bad, but let Mark or Steve know at V4L and they will happily replace it.

I havent recieved my other battery yet, will probably be here tomorrow with Veterans day and all. I also thought for a minute the charger too when I take the battery out and put it back in (if it is fully charged that is) would the led turn red again? or does it stay off once it is charged? It seems to take a charge then I notice about one hour or so it starts to diminish in the vape and the taste, then about 20 minutes or so later it is dead I usually charge 3 hours or so when it is dead, does that sound right, as their was no directions. I am only going from what i have read on this forum, I would appreciate any ideas, and thanks all for the responses...

It's hard to say how long it should last, because it depends on how much you puff on it. They usually last me about 3 hours tops if I'm using it as my only e-cig. I vape about 3-5ml a day, though.

Something is not right.

I never thought about the charger being broken.
How can I check that?
I only have one charger........

Um, er, sounds like about a quarter of my use, but I'm not sure because I don't time it that way. I always either count the puffs, or watch the clock. When I count puffs, I am puffing more often than usual, to get through the count, so the time is off, and if I'm going by time, I'm not paying attention at all to how much I puff.

And in normal use, I don't pay attention to either, and usually use more than one e-cig anyway.

All I can say is, you should be getting about 100 5-second puffs, which may last anywhere from 2-5 hours depending on use. As just a rough estimate I'd expect a one cart a day user to get more like 5 hours than three.

The charger idea is possible too. I've had that happen.

Or of course, it could be just a bad battery. I don't mean to sound like I'm evading that.

Any which way, all that really matters is that it doesn't work, and it should. Just contact Steve or Mark. They'll take care of you.
