I keep 2 setups in rotation now: evic with kanger protank (2.6 ohm) filled with mbv extreme ice and a vamo with a texas tuff tank (polypro carto tank 3 ohm boge carto) filled with nicquid's southern freeze. Both are set to 8 watts. I also keep 4 evods filled with different flavors. Currently have mbv mocha, vapedudes cherry ice, mbv dragons breath, and mbv white out in the spare evods.

Joyetech eVic with a Vision Vivi Nova clearomizer on it, containing a rebuilt coil clocking in at 2.2 Ohm and Vanilla 18 mg by Liqua. Magnificent!
Also using a couple of Vision Vivi Nova Minis, one with a stock 1.8 Ohm coil and Apple 18 mg by Liqua, one with a stock 2.4 Ohm coil and Coffee 18 mg by Liqua. Did I mention, I like Liqua?
Coils will be replaced with rebuilt ones already made, once they wear out, as I think the flavor is better with the homemade ones (could just be me being hyped about making them myself though).
Got a Kanger Protank arriving one of these days hopefully, and next up to order, will be a Vision Spinner 1300 mAh, for use when out and about (read: drunk).

a GG Stealth with the telescopic tubes so running in 18490 mode with a vvv carto tank with a boge 2 ohm carto, filled with some Fluid Vapor Blue Moon
and my iHybrid wrapped with a 1.1 ohm coil with some DIY berry chiller

Today I'm using my Mortar v5 in 18350 mode with a Cobra on top. The coil under the hood is 0.8 ohms using twisted 32g Kanthal. I've got Pair of Deuces by Villain Vapors in the tank.
Wraith V4.1 with a aga t2 at 2.4 ohms, 4.4v filled with strawberry cheesecake. R-Tank at 2.1 ohms, 3.5v filled with a DIY of bavarian cream, caramel, coconut, strawberry, honny. Vivi nova at 3.0 ohms, 4.7v filled with DIY earl grey with sweet cream and honny.
