I like the KR808D-1 the best but I've only tried three kinds (the two sucky ones were the 'free trial' crap). Really liking the G6 clearomizers so far (been using two for a week and a half so far with no problems, just keep on refilling).
For most of my vaping I vape 510 manuals AND KR808D-1 manuals.
I like 510 manuals with Boge cartos (and I would prefer the longer Joye 510 mega xl manuals - they hold the voltage up better longer, but my nice PCC only holds the standard 510 size. At home I use the mega xl).
And I vape KR808D-1 (mostly Vapor4Life manuals) - a real 3.7v mini, with Vapor4Life WOW carto blanks.
If I could pick a favorite then I would not be carry both every day.
I also vape a new model Riva 510 and that is both my battery backup and what I use when I want a bigger hit out of the 510's standard res Boge carto. The new Riva 510s Liberty-Flights.com has are somewhat higher voltage than Ego.
If I could only have ONE - tough choice. I guess the Riva, but not because it is my preferred vape but rather because it has enough charge to be an only vape. But what I prefer is to have 2 slim minis with contrasting flavor cartos.

I can't pick a favorite. I love all of mine...Indulgence V2, Gold Digger, Riva & eGo. As you can see by my selection I like tube PVs rather than boxy ones.
Full mechanicals mods "only" (because never say never"). My all days mod are Alpha Ultra and Ultramax, with res for pleasure, with DC cartomiser for long road
I've only been vaping a month, but I found I really dislike the filler material inside most carts, so I --
1) Use an XL CE2 clearo on my SDMKII w/adaptor.
2) Use a Tank setup on my SD w/adaptor - and/or - use a Tank setup on my Tornego passthrough
3) DD on the DSE901 attys that came with my SD.
If I had to choose just one, I'd keep my shiny, perfect hand-fit SD over the convenient passthrough -- but I'd give up the 901s and keep the clearos w/the adaptor
