They completely changed the website and the store, so you're going to have to make a new account and ask them to forward your store credit points to the new account.
Also this is the wrong place for such questions, as you can find all of that info in their own section here at ECF.

They were hacked. All is getting fixed now. Emails were misdirected so they probably didn't get your email. Go to the Eastmall forum for info.
