Hi Gem...
I'm kind of in the same boat as you. I thought it would be a snap to give up analogs. WRONG!!!! I tried just about everything, from hypnosis (waste of time and money) to the patch (why did I bother at all?) and finally e-cigs. I didn't need the GG or any of the other fancy PV's I have to do it. (Don't get me wrong... I really like my GG) what it came down to for me, was the right liquid. I just wasn't getting the nicotine that my body wanted. I was using 16-18 mg juice and still smoking 6 to 8 analogs a day. A friend suggested that I switch to 24mg until I could cut down. Worked like a charm!!! I quit within a week!!! Now I'm back down to 16mg and doing fine. Maybe this will work for you too. It's relatively cheap, easy to try, and well worth it without buying another e-cig. $10.00 ought to do it for you! Now, (at least for me) vaping is more of a hobby. The GG was just the cherry on top of the sundae.
All my experimentation (and quitting) was done with a Dura and Dura-C. Like you've read here, others have done it with a 901.
Crissie is spot on about replacement therapy... replace negatives with positives and you are on your way.
Give it a shot and stick around here for the support. We've all been there, and are more than willing to stand by you on this journey!
Best of luck to you!!!
Chris
