I have kr808 and I am new to this.............I got juices with it and blank cartos......when do you know to refill them?
I read somewhere on here it is bad to let them run dry or burn but also bad to overfill as both will shorten the life of your cartomizer. So how do you know when you should refill them? One other question........my cartos are 2.8 ohm according to the website........what is the best ohm to get? What is the difference and where to get them as the manufacturer of mine only seem to offer the 2.8 ohm. Thanks!

That's the number one reason I switched to clearomizers. I can see when I need to change them out or refill. I was getting the hang of standard cartomizers, but they took a lot more fiddling than I've found clearomizers to need. Plus, when one dies with juice in it, saving the juice is less messy and much easier, IMO, with clearomizers. . . so is the filling, again, IMO.

I am a KR8 user as well and you will begin to get a feel for when you need to refill your carto ... I can tell by the drop off in vapor (provided that I am using a full battery, because vapor will drop off on a low battery as well), and the other way I can tell is when I get a slight plastic taste.

If you do get to the point of tasting a lil plastic, don't keep vaping .... remove the carto asap and refill it. If you continue to vape at this point that plastic taste will stay burned into your carto and no amount of refilling will change it.

i would like to add a question to this... i use the carto's w/ego batt's and am very much loving it!! when i fill a carto for the first time i fill from the bottom w/the comdom that they come in, when it's time to refill should i fill from bottom again or just drip?? i'm dripping now but am wondering if the juice will last longer if i fill from bottom again... any advise will be greatly appreciated. thank you

I, personally prefer using a syringe. This way I can get the refill juice down into the filler quicker, more even, and it doesn't take as long waiting for absorbtion. I can also gauge how much I'm adding better and have discovered that for me, I find the flavor/vape to indicate needing a refill of about 1 mil when using XL that has a fill capacity of 1.5. In other words, I feel the the drying in my drag when the carto is down to about .5 mil so I add about 1 mil and let it rest.

I hope this helps you out!!
