This post for the win.You put it down when you go to sleep.
No really... I think most everyone chain vapes as long as they are allowed to. If Im not working, I have a PV in my hand. Which is actually another cool thing about vaping vs. smoking - once I switched, my day wasnt defined by how many cigarettes I could smoke, or when my next smoke break was. So, while I can chain vape all day... it doesnt bother me if I cant, and I dont get grouchy every 2 hours if I havent had a smoke.
As others have said, if you arent feeling weird then your nic level isnt too high. You could try upping it, but I would say you're probably fine.
If you are really worried about the nic levels you are getting, it's pretty easy to figure out. Just google your former brand + "nicotine". Typically it will be .9-1. So if you smoked ~ 1 pack/day your level was ~20 mg (not accounting for waste). Adjust your juice accordingly.
Reading many posts, I haven't seen many people trying to quit nicotine, they are trying to quit smoking for all the other 'stuff' in processed tobacco.
In short, as n00b, I'm way less concerned about the nicotine levels I'm getting (which are probably on par), and more concerned with what I'm not ingesting. One battle at a time. Worry about not wanting a analog, before worrying the nicotine.
Best of luck.
