I'm beginning to wonder if it wil ever stop. Started vaping in November. Ego-T. Had to try a mod. REO mini. Then I had to have a bigger REO. Then a silver bullet and BB. Then a Provari and a Provape 1. (And there's more! I love them!) It has definitely turned into a hobby for me. My hobby has always been building computers. Now I use that money on vaping gear. Come on tax refund! I neeed more stuff!

I'm perfectly happy with my daily PV. I still have my first set-up in good working order should I need it. I have about 80 ml of e-juice in my current nic level plus all the early purchases of flavors I don't care for in a high nic level. I have 2 back-up batteries still in their boxes and a back-up charger. I have drip tips for every carto I fill for the next day so they're always ready to just screw on, so the only thing I could possibly need in the next month are cartos/CE2s and perhaps some 0 nic base to play around with all those 24 mg juices.

HOWEVER, while surfing the stickies yesterday I spotted a photo of a PV that I can't get out of my head. I have no idea what the make and model is, but I really liked the look. I know myself well enough to know I'll start looking to see what it is and if it "reads" good to me I'll be making another PV purchase just 'cause.

Wish me luck that it's not made anymore or I really can't afford it!!:p

I have been vaping for 2 months. I find myself buying a new mod or accessory every day!! I have to try and hikd myself back. Will this last forever?

Are you spending More every month that you did when you smoked Analogs.

When I started, I told myself that even if I spend $175/month (what I spent for Analogs) on e-Cigs But feel better that I was doing better.

Except for the month I bought my Provari, I haven’t every come close to spending $175/month.

The strategy I use is to keep track of what I spend on vaping honestly and exactly. Then limit yourself to 1/2 of what you spent on cigarettes...:) If you want to buy the next "ohhh shiny" you sometime have to "save up for it" but for me, it's turned out to be an easy limit.

Great idea. You've inspired me to keep a log in Excel of what I'm spending on e-cig stuff, and estimate what I have saved by quitting smoking.

Go to the classifieds section of this website. Decide to only buy from there. Not only will you save money, you'll also start to realize all the crap you are buying now is something someone else is selling. You'll quickly understand that it's not buying the new thing that mattered to you, it was just buying things. Then you'll kick yourself for combining your smoking habit with your consumption habit and go back to buying electric blankets and waffle makers, while enjoying the vape setup you already have.

At least, that's what happened to me. ymmv

I used to be a pack a day smoker and a pack in Australia costs me $18.5. I've been vapeing for 6 months and have so many juices and mods but I've still ended up saving heaps:p it took me a while to find out what I like, there isn't one flavor or one PV that will work for everyone. If your making the switch it's worth the investment to play around

I get stuck in the same thing, not necessarily with ecigs but gadgets in general. I have spent a small fortune on ecigs until I finally found something that works, now I am buying accessories for that model. Couldn't help it so I bought a joy ego c, because I want an atomizer that I can replace, clean, and isn't as pricey as my other model.

I don't have a lot of gear mostly because my wife took my CC away a long time ago, which was a good thing. If I had the money I would definitely have enough to supply a small army :) I think the biggest problem is ECF. There has to be an ECF anonymous group somewhere. I just joined a couple weeks ago and I can't get enough. I haven't posted much but I find myself hopping on every chance I get and spend most of my time drooling over everybody's gear they are raving about.

That depends. What have you got? What have you seen so far? I personally like mods that take an 18650 3000 mah battery. The batterys last me about 24 hours between charges and I have insomnia ALOT. I've found that low resistance atomizers are the best for 3.7 volt kits and Bauway give me the best vapor and last for at least a month, most times alot longer. Pm me for the cheapest source that I've found for the Bauways.

all the $$ spent & will spend on e-cig & accessories is worth every cent,as a smoker i wasted with my health and $$..happy vaping every1:)..is there something new i have not seen?..please advise..regards mafig

For those that find themselves on the buying bandwagon it will likely last as long as they allow it to. There are always new vaping toys coming out and more flavored juices they havent tried yet. Its not easy for many to put the buying breaks on but it can be done using a bunch of will power. Really no different then breaking any other habit in life we wish to change.
