Anybody else notice a falling-off in service levels across the industry lately? I've only been actively engaged in this for about six weeks, but to begin with I got my hands bitten off, quick response to emails, fast no-questions-asked exchange of defective components and an all-round perception that everybody in the supply chain was doing their best to give great service. Given we're dealing in an addictive substance only available by mail, that was a big plus for me.
Right now though, I have issues with three suppliers, two concerning exchanges and one where I just haven't received goods I paid for a week ago (no problem with it taking a week to arrive but I haven't had a shipping confirmation, and that does bug me.
I won't name any names because I'm still chasing up with emails but all of them have been radio silent since last Tuesday (8 July).
So, is it just me?
