But definitely consider knocking your Nic level up, as when you get it right it should cessate your cravings. This in turn will help you to transition then, with the occasional falling off the waggon along the way of course.

Just change my banner to coincide with quitting, this is so it is level with my birthday as it will be 2 weeks before.

I can suffice with 6mg or less, but am using 7.5mg direct lung, although that might be too much.
I picked up my mod today, and vaped, then vaped downstairs. Even though I have nearly a full packet left in the cupboard.
Feel like having one but want to do a day's worth and continue from there.

@P2PLeon, the 7.5 mg/ml sounds as though it's closer to what you need. As it's definitely seeming to help more.
And what flavour liquid are you using and what VG/PG ratio is it?
As I have issues with too high a PG level and no matter how hard I try, I cannot use any liquid with Melon flavorings without developing throat irritation to a throat infection.

I had started smoking again, but now I am vaping, I have turned down the watts to a level I can cope with when direct to lunging it, also I am still on 7.5mg Peach Candy and is a cold vape, but it is ok.

More Nicotine @P2PLeon, possibly another setup loaded up with a Nicotine level with a bit of a kick to it.

Just filled another one of my bellus tanks with Heisenberg, and my gosh, it is like aniseed, menthol and fruits.

One thing that may well be worth trying @P2PLeon is WTA's (Whole Tobacco Alkaloids), as this may be the ingredient missing in vaping for you.
The only problem I'm having though is I haven't been able to find anywhere apart from the US so far.
