When will my order ship!?

I placed an order the monday before thanksgiving, paid for express shipping and its now friday and my order is still processing!! I paid extra for the shipping just to receive my order a week or more after the order was placed!!! This is absurd!

I have also called customer service several times this week and sent an email with no response! What is going on?
