When you top off your tank does it taste fresher?

Just wondering if others have noticed any difference in the quality of taste when they refill a half empty tank? I can vape from my EVOD and then top it off and the very next hit tastes more refreshing. I know that there is no way that the fresh juice has wicked that fast but it seems to taste fresher. Would it have anything to do with less air in the tank or is it just psychological? It's just not with my EVODS but with other type tanks too.

Not really with my CartoTanks. For them, the tank is really just a reservoir of liquid for the carto to pull in as it needs. What's happening in the carto (if it's starting to age and buildup on the coils) can be noticeable in the draw, vapor and taste.

I do however notice a taste difference (especially in the high VG liquids) after vaping for a while. The carto heats up, which transfers to the liquid which then gets a little thinner as it heats and it then flows better into the carto and I get better vape and flavor.

I have the same on my Protank Mini II. The Kanger BCC tanks rely on a vacuum to aid in wicking. It performs best when filled all the way. After it gets under half, it starts losing performance rapidly. If you go from low performance to peak performance between puffs, the difference is obvious.

I find quite the opposite to be true on my Evod Tank. I get less vapor and weak TH when my tank is full. When it gets below halfway, I get massive amounts of vapor and it just seems smoother. In my very limited experience, I have taken to only putting a little juice in at a time.
