I like these...

Vapor Kings - JOYE 510, DSE801, RN4072, DSE901, RN4075, RN4062 and KR808D-1 e-Cigarette batteries, atomizers, cartomizers, e-Liquid, accessories and more!

They come as you see them with filling / batting material inside. All you have to do is pop the white mouth peice off, drop in 18 or 20 drops of you favorite juice. Replace the mouth piece and away you go.

Note: If a cartomizer hit too easy, try plugging up one of the small holes on the side of the cartomizer with the tip of a tooth pick.

Haven't ried the soft tips yet but some people say it is more like a regular cigarette filter. Has a thin layer of foam on the outside as I understand.

Check out the photo...

I'm on a few that have lasted me over a week with several refills each... as long as the mix is 80%+ PG they seem not to clog and keep going...

I have bought them from Liquid Express and Vapor Kings.
Liquid Express has nice prefilled flavors. When the cart flavor runs out after 2-3 hours of heavy vaping, I refill with the exact liquid or something complementary.

The soft tip is nice... much easier to refill... it's just easier to remove rubber stopper rather than a glued-in hard plastic one...

VK has the soft tip ones... but I imagine that LE will be getting them soon too

I use the soft tip cartos from Electronicstix. I believe they are the same ones sold by VK. (VK are $1 less per pack of 5).
These things are awesome! Each filled carto lasts me a good 4-5 hours. I refill them about 3 times then throw them away. At less than $2 each, who cares!. To fill them I remove the rubber mouth piece plug (leave the cap and plug on the atty side in) and add 10 drops then do the Taryn spin. Add 10 more and spin and 10 more and spin. On each refill I seem to get less juice in. So new I get 30 drops, first refill about 25, second about 23 and so on. A little trick I use is to put a small piece of blue foam between the filler and end cap. This stops any juice from getting into your mouth.

I've gotten prefilled ones from liquidxpress, they have the hard white piece on top and I've gotten blanks from vaporkings and they have the rubber white piece on top. They both work awesome on my eGo! I like the rubber white piece because it's so easy to take out if you need to, the hard white plastic piece is a bugger to out. I just ordered a lot of blanks from eastmall cause they are super cheep, they have the hard white plastic piece on them though. I'm just going to take those off and use the rubber white pieces I have :) I am in love with the 510 cartomizer and don't think I will go back to atomizers. I've been using them exlusivley for 2 weeks and I have not had one go bad yet and they get refilled constantly.
