You put filler in a cart and put it on the end of an atomizer to vape. (Or use the Zero Cart Filler plug which I haven't tried.)Whoops! typo
A cartomizer, shortened to carto, is a combination cart and atomizer. They are designed to be much more disposable than regular atomizers.

All my carto's are soft tip. I find just popping the cap off and dripping on the filler works good for me. I used to do a condom fill on fresh ones thinking it would better saturate them, but after some experimenting I don't believe that anymore. IMO condom filling is to messy - right now I just keep 5 filled cartos on my desk, and top off all the ones I used that day as needed and before I go to bed.
So I've done a ton of research of all the cartos for the 510. These are the only 4 I've really found:

SLB carto
ce (ceramic) carto
and BOGE carto

Boge's are great, SLB's are crap, the new E2's are great so far with a little modding of their own. the best fill method is just dripping from the bottle, no mess to be made.
I've been testing the BOGES and the SLB's and so far I've noticed that the BOGES allow for much more air intake than the SLB. I actually prefer the SLB at this point because of that. The SLB feel more like a real smoke in that they dont allow so much air flow in.
Are you confirming these are the only 4 cartomizers for the 510?

Well- paw has identified another one. But that is basically the roundup. There may be some small players out there somewhere. There are also custom rebranded ones that companies like vapornine sell.
But that would be a basic list.

Just a couple corrections. It's Pav, not paw! And Vapornine sells KR8 cartos called turbos (not 510). The only reason I got the Bauways from madvapes was because they had the adapters too and for cheap. I still want to try the Boge ones.
