Where can i buy a cheap but decent multimeter?

I'd like quality but a decent price. Need something to test my batteries. I have an ohm meter. Anyone have suggestions? Oh, and not fast tech, prefer something in the USA. Thanks in advance.

Harbor Freight has one that is real popular.

The Omnimeter at madvapes and other places is $17 and is an ohmeter, battery tester and power loss checker. I want one.

I got mine from Amazon. I use it to check my batteries. It was like $7 shipped

i use the SMOKtech omnitester it has ohms reader and a volt meter!

Check the specs supplied by the manufacturer and/or reviews. Using a sub 5000 count multimeter with an x% +/- 2 digits accuracy absolutely doesn't make sense for measuring Li-ion voltage.

Habor Freights flyer we get in the mail always has a free one listed but I suppose my dad is right about getting what you pay for. I'm not like my dad that way......I always go for free.

May I ask what you're going to use it for exactly? "Testing batteries" isn't really specific.
If you want to precisely measure what voltage they charge to then forget about using a cheap(ish) meter.
