Where can i buy blue foam in europe?

sorry if this has been asked before, but i tried to search for it and couldn't find any relevant topics.

I live in Romania, central to eastern Europe region. I keep reading about this blue foam as being a very good cart filler. Tried Lipton pyramid but I'm very good at rolling them up, so I'd like to try the blue foam. Some ppl said i can find it in pet stores but shops in my country don't even know what I'm talking about.
If someone could perhaps explain to me what exactly it is and if it has a similar type for other use. Maybe construction foam, or dishwasher sponge etc.

I would really appreciate if someone could help me out here since it seems impossible to buy the one the US vapers are talking about.

Also, can someone please post some links as to where i could purchase the famous blue foam from the UK? I ordered my titan 510 kit from Totally Wicked and will purchase some more in the future, maybe i could order some foam from the UK.

I believe what you are referring to is the blue foam mod, described and illustrated in detail in this thread by eclipse … and demonstrated here by VaporHead:​

I usually drip, but I sometimes prepare a few cartridges in advance for use when I’m out in the world. When I do, I’ve applied an adaptation of the blue foam mod using AquaClear reticulated foam recommended by quovadis and Hellen A. Handbasket or Hagen Fluval Foam Inserts recommended by kevbow. [NOTE: The label on the box on the right emphasizes “fluval,” however these are the fluval foam inserts, not the same thing.]

The key to tracking these down is knowing that they are used in aquarium filters. For example, a Google search for 'uk aquarium supplies' led me to "ECCO coarse foam pads blue" on this page of fishandfins.co.uk:

and the "Fluval 104 / 105 foam" on this page of fishandfins.co.uk:

That's not the "best" supplier, just the first one that came up on the Google search. I didn't attempt to search for 'Romania aquarium supplies', believing that the language might have been a problem for me, but you certainly could.

It might be a good idea to confirm that what you come up with is appropriate, by posting in the Tips & Tricks forum (and the Experiments with equipment subforum within it) and/or the Cartridge Mods subforum, e.g., in the threads linked above.
