Where can i find a metal tank that won't kill my wallet?

I am currently using an agr carto tank with boge cartos. I am very happy with the performance, however i am very rough on my ecig and have cracked 2 of the acrylic tanks. I'm looking for something similar that i can use my boge cartos with but with metal tanks. I have found a few but they are very expensive. I don't mind paying for quality, but it feels like a rip off to pay 50 or 60 dollars for a tiny metal tube.

Hi - except for Vivi Novas (which are not carto tanks) I don't recall seeing any metal tanks for under $50. Have your tanks cracked because they were hit with something or was the plastic already extra rigid from the juice you were using?

Have you considered polypro? I could throw mine onto concrete and I doubt it would do anything but bounce:

I have not tried the polypro tanks. Are they really that durable? Because dropping my tank onto concrete has been exactly my problem. Where I work, there is really no place to put my ecig that is both safe and convenient, so I go for convenient and it gets pretty beat up on a daily basis. I may have to try one of these. I wore a t shirt with a hole in the bottom of the breast pocket and my ecig fell to the ground atleast 4 times because of my carelessness.

The ones from Valley View Vapes are durable. I've used mine almost daily for over 6 months. The polypro is quite thick (imagine something like a PVC pipe, but slightly less rigid). I think the worst that could happen would be if it hit the ground at just the right angle, the fill screw might get knocked off, but you can buy replacement for those very cheaply. VVV has a supplier's thread and the members who hang out on that thread are very nice. I'm sure they will be able to answer any questions you might have.

If you don't need a fill screw, the polypro tanks from My Vapor Store are nice and tough. I've had a few in use for several months and I'd say they are as tough as any metal tank could be, plus you can see your juice levels. Problem is these use XL length cartomizers. If you are handy you could use an inexpensive pipe cutter to cut them down to a standard Boge size. $22 for a complete kit 510 Pro DCTank Combo and $10 for just the tube and caps Pro DCTank Tube

I just had another idea. You might consider finding a local machine shop and taking them the plastic housing for your tank and asking them how much they would charge to replicate that using some sort of metal like aluminum or stainless steel. If the plastic housing is non-threaded I doubt it would be much. It might be a tad more expensive if they have to thread it.
