Where did the "SPY" feature go?

I discovered it just two days ago, and now it's gone.

It was fun watching all the posts go by, and jumping on the interesting ones.

Is it tucked away somewhere else other than the Commuinity drop-down now?

It's gone. It was never meant to be available to the public, as it would be pretty server intensive if more than just a few people were using it at the same time.
