Where do I leave negtive feedback for a vendor. I think i have been ripped off

can anyone tell me how to leave negtive feedback for a vendor. I think i have been ripped off.I put in an order from this seller back on sept, 6 2011 and I have not received my Item nor will he/she answer my email's.(they do not list any phone number) and they are in the same State (Ga.) that I am in. The last email that is sent them back last Thursday telling them that if I could not hear from them by Saturday that I was gonna do a charge back on my Credit Card. Well, I have not heard anything. so I want to let my Fellow Vapor's know what kinda sham they are running. My order was to the tune of $41.00

If this is an ECF approved supplier, you can post negative feedback here Reviews of Suppliers as long as you follow ECF guidelines.

If it's not an ECF approved supplier, I've seen threads in the General E-Smoking Discussion Forum (where you posted this).

I agree, 11 days is a long time to go with no shipping notice and no return on the emails.

no they are not an approved Supplier that I can find in the list. so I guess that this is as good as any to post the Vendor it is "Ecigmods" they are in Cumming's, ga. I ordered a 5V box and the Battery's (2) of them and I have not received them nor and responding email's so this afternoon I am gonna call my CC and get a charge back. from now on I will just stick with the Supplier's that are on the forum. Thank's

Your card will likely not let you do a charge back for 30 days from the date you placed the order. I do agree that it sounds fishy, however.

Exactly. The OP was talking about having his CC do a chargeback on the purchase and I was simply stating that he probalby won't be able to for a couple more weeks.

This vendor has been talked about up and down, back and forth and every way in between. There's even videos on how bad he. Work with your cc company as to what they can do on this purchase and for future purchases do a search on the vendor. A google search would have steered you away from ecigmods very quickly.

Oh well, You live and learn. To bad that there is someone like that in business just to rip people off. Like I said in my 2nd post He is in Cumming's Ga. and I told him that I had a Brother that lives in Cumming Ga. I live just a little south of there but the next time I go visit my Bro. I will make it a Point to look him up. you are right about the 30 day's before the CC will act but you can bet your boot's I will be on the phone the 30th Day. lol

That sucks to hear. Cumming (not Cumming's) is a suburb of Atlanta. First mention I've seen of a local supplier and he's infamous.

Call you credit card company, and "Dispute the Charge" that you did order it, but never received any part of your order, let them know you tried to contact the company repeatedly and cannot contact them.

That will hit all the bullet points for the CC people, and they will get your order or you won't be paying

I recall those crappy water pistols, the crack was always at the .... of the gun. And you are sooo right, it does look like one of those ol water guns from back in the late 70s.

As Stosh have said, call to you CC and say that you want to dispute this charge (explain them why). They will investigate and won't take any interest to this disputed charge until this case is resolved. You do not have to wait for 30 days. Call today!
