When did you last go into a gadget shop and see guns hanging on the walls .... All be it prety real looking ... BUT ONLY FOR PAINT BALLING ....They werent band for looking real ... So why should e-cigs ...Just a thought on how other people sell their e-cigs !!!!
Actually, they are banned now (mostly)
Since 2007 Realistic Imitation Firearms cannot be sold except to;
members of Softair Skirmishing Groups with third party liability insurance (who should be registered with the relevent association);
members of historical re-enactment groups with third part liability insurance.
And a couple of other things like museums, Film&tv, etc
If you see them (ralistic imitation firearms - such as BB guns) for sale, in general it wont be being done lawfully and you should inform your local trading standards (or police, who will then pass it on to trading standards most likely).
PS, Sorry for dragging up an old thread!
