So it's still safe to vape? I've just finished work so will make a sample of flavourless now, i had a quick google search and a few results came up saying they get head aches from certain flavours so if it's ok I will just dilute the flavour down

Yes, should be okay to vape the brown, oxidized nic... if you can stand the peppery "wet dog" flavor. Personally, I can't. I have several old bottles that a friend gave me, so I did a little internet research to find out if it was still safe to vape. Google says yes.

You might try letting the juice bottle sit with the cap off for a few hours just in case it may be a alcohol based flavoring. The alcohol may be the culprit causing you grief and if so it will evaporate out.
