On my aftermarket Aro heads there is also no stamp, but I bought a few five-packs and each 5-pk comes in a small box. The ohms are on a clear sticker on one end of the box. However I'd double-check with a mod or VM.
Unfortunately I don't have a voltmeter or a mod. The heads are the ones that were installed in the Aro when I bought it. I haven't bought any extra heads yet.

As far as I can tell, the tanks come with a 2.4 ohm head installed. I'm not sure if all of them do but the ones I found on websites all say they have 2.4 ohm heads in them.

Yeah...I couldn't find a marking on the actual heads...just the box they come in.
... I can't check the original heads because they long ago got mixed in with my aftermarket heads, so cannot verify the stock heads. And the aftermarket heads are available in a variety of ohms, so, that doesn't help you. 2.4 is probably a safe assumption, but start with lower power and work your way up to the sweet spot, assuming a VV device.
I filled up the Aro last night with some Five Pawns Bowden's Mate. Put it on a Spinner and found my sweet spot at about 3.9 volts. Nice clearomizer. The Bowden's Mate tastes slightly better in the Aro than it does in my Evod and I loved it my Evod. Could just be that the heads are brand new but so far I'm impressed with the flavor and performance of the Aro.
I'll be going back to the local shop soon to stock up on some replacement heads. I think I'll stick with 2.4 ohm heads for now as I'm delighted with the performance.
