where to find a safety switch for GG Grant?

I have an original old GG Grant which i love but it needs the safety for the fire button.I'm not using it in the pocket for fear of it firing there.Any help here would be appreciated.

I think that Grant fits the newer GGTB buttons Dave. So when buttons will be available please buy one. But before that, please put off the switch and post a picture of the switch and the switch's hole on the Grant body so I can see if the GGTB button fits on it

That is the second batch of Grants. The first batch had an electronic switch on it and it was the first GG ever made.

Your Grant doesnt accept the new GGTB button because the hole of the tube where the button rests has no threads buddy, I am very sorry. But I took back all those Grants 4 years before because they were producing a short if you touch the body and the button at the same time with a metal object. You may be the only person that has a Grant like this!

I have experienced the ever so scary short 1st hand and is why i put the O rings on both end caps.Cant i use a die and tap the threads then use the GGTB button? It works great if only i could only carry it around....it's kinda got a sentimental value to me...we have been threw a lot of serious vapes.

I fully understand the sentimental value Dave, thats why I dont think that you have to do anything on this Grant. I am glad that it vapes wonderfully after 4 years of use but my opinion is to keep it that way. But if you insist to make threads on tube's hole, you maybe can do it. It depends on the diameter of the tube's hole. I dont really remember the diameter. Can you please measure it?

Looks like 6.9 mm.You may have a point tho leave as it is.I only use it now as a home vaper for the fear of my pocket and other things exploding

the hole is perfect for threads Dave. If you still want to do it you can use a die with 8x0,75mm threads
