Hey fellow vapers;

I've received a job offer that will require me moving to NY. The job location will be Manhattan.

I have a one year old daughter, so parks and good child care are on the top of my list. We are probably looking for a 2 bedroom apartment.

We would love to NOT spent over $2,000 a month. Commute is not really a problem. I'd prefer taking the subway as I'm used to doing that, and in most cases it saves time.

Never having lived in NY this task seems quite a challenge.

I hope some of you have lived or live in NYC and could offer some suggestions.

Thanks and God Bless!

Hello, if you move to NJ you could get so much more space, look into the town of Rutherford, they have beautiful parks, great schools/day care and train stations /buses that go right into NYC. The commute to NYC from Northern NJ is relatively easy, and since there are so many people who do it they make it convienent.
