Forgive the second thread, but this question is not about a specific supplier in as much as it is about board policy.
Leaving specific suppliers out of the conversation, lets start over.
If a member has a concern about a supplier, what recourse do they have on this board to voice said concern for feedback and followup? If a concern is posted in a supplier's paid forum, said supplier has complete and unquestioned authority to delete/close at will.
What are the guidelines to the community about expressing concerns? Is there a specific forum/time/place that this is allowed to take place, or are paid supplier concerns only allowed to be posted in the forums that they moderate?
I don't have a dog in the race on the original thread. I am just asking for across-the-board clarification on when/how/where concerns are allowed to be raised and under what exceptions they will not be allowed.
