Where's my order??????????

    If you order from SmokeStik AND if you choose a user name and password during checkout all you have to do is log in through the shopping cart and you can see your order history and tracking history.

    It can take up to 48 hrs from the time you place your order to the time you see a tracking number. This does NOT mean your order hasn't been just means the tracking number is in the system yet. I have seen many times where a customer actually receives the order by the time the postal system is updated...especially if the USPS is having Internet problems.

    Usually your order is processed and at the post office within 24hrs of being placed. So if you havn't received a tracking email yet that doeant mean the order hasnt been shipped.

    For as many orders as our warehouse processes a day I think 24hrs is pretty impressive. The exception to this is weekends. And when there is 30 special orders to be processed first thing Monday morning on top of 2 days worth of regular orders.....48hrs isn't unreasonable in my opinion. I think it helps to understand that the warehouse is not open 24/7. They work a regular work day just like most other just because you can't sleep and stay up all night shopping like I do....doesn't mean your going to get your order any faster. :)

    If you have a reason to think there is a problem with your order feel free to post your order number here and I will research it for you. But it's always faster if you email me directly at the address. Include your order number and full name in the email so I can find it.
