OMG!! I ordered my first HALO G6 starter kit Thursday night Sep. 19th, with priority mail. The tracking # didn't work and i couldn't track my package over the weekend, but since it was priority mail I just knew it would arrive on Monday....TODAY! ....IT DIDN'T...now I'm climbing the walls for nicotine!!!!!!!! The crappy little starter kit I bought at gas station sucks and is soooo not satisfying to me now, especially now since coming here and getting so much good info. Anybody had any dealings with HALO customer service? They must be having some kind of trouble or something cuz I tried the live chat on their website and the agent said she wasnt able to help me and to please use email instead. I so dont want to smoke a 'stinkie'....just miserable here...UGH!8-o

Sorry to hear about your frustration! USPS tracking is hit or miss lately, quite a few of our shipments get no tracking until they are actually delivered and then it all updates at once, kind of defeats the purpose of tracking unfortunately. Also our website just went down for some quick maintenance so CS is not able to get to the system to respond currently. If you would like to PM me your order number and tracking information ill see if I can find anything out for you. Thanks for your patience!

When i paid extra for shipping my package took longer than when i didnt pay extra. So i feel your pain. For me im locked out the website or its down or something. Funny since i sent my g6 back for a refund and it was recieved last wednesday and no response from halo as of yet. Very dissapointing as i really like my triton and their mystic and menthol ice.

Soooo because i told myself that if i didnt hear back from them as of today i would go to another vender. And i did. I will be keeping my triton as a back up. I bought the starter kit as i did not like the g6' requested refund info and was given the address, i will give them till wednesday before contacting bbb and from now on i will spread the word. Great product poor customer service and i was soooo excited to order from them, i was planning on adding a variable voltage to my arsenol today. But seems when i log into my account to place my juice order it says access denied. Very very shady business practice. Good luck, im sure its on the way as i know for the last 4 purchases i made they shipped very quickly i just wouldnt reccomend paying extra for shipping. I wish i could say more great things about the halo ecig company. But they have let me down. My first purchase was 3 weeks ago and i have spent somewhere over $200 in one week alone. Wasted money.

i've had my frustrations with Halo CS, Cinder Ella can tell you. I think it's a case of the company is getting way more business then they have staff to support. For them, it's a nice problem to have, for the consumer, it's just a plain ol problem.

The products and the people are good, hard working, and courteous and trying to do the best they can in a difficult situation. There are TONS of areas where Halo's CS needs immediate and measurable improvements. I'm -not- advocating blindly sticking with them if you feel slighted, after-all, as a consumer your voice is truly only heard when you spend or withhold your dollars; but if we're talking a matter of living through the growing pains of a fledgling company, there may be some really good things in store once they hit their stride.

That being said, coming here is a good start, Cinder is willing to help out on a personal level. If she offers to assist you, please take her up on it.

Did you try calling them? There could be some kind of glitch on their website so I'd call them before jumping to conclusions.

Yes i underatand that is why i said lack of customer service. Untill i wanted to return my g6 i was very happy with the company. And am very happy with the quality of the product as well. The website and this halo forum does say 30 day guarantee if not satisfied with the product. Would be nice to get a response. Not trying to bash halo by any means. I really really want to love them. And really really want to order two more bottles of 30 ml ejuice hahaha. Just frustrating. Maybe dissapointing.... The number is not really a good number they were answering my emails but recently stopped. I know growing pains, but there is a 30 day return period.... Do they extend that if you cant reach them? Im real new at this and am now thinking this may not be a good company for newbies. But by all means not meaning to imply they are a bad company at all.

Hey there. As you probably know, I'm new here. Didn't mean to offend anyone, just so eager to receive my HALO products. Again, my apologies.

i dont think anyone was offended, and your enthusiasm is more than welcome. it was just confusing because we love a mystery and we were all wondering what might have been edited out. then our imaginations get the better of us and next thing you know, we assume you come out in favor of warmongering aliens from Saturn bent on stealing our sweet confections and making vaping illegal across the war torn post apocalyptic earth.

and i seriously need to stop having double servings of deserts for lunch.
