so im a noob when it comes to vaping. My buddy got me into it and ive been vaping on his kamry god box with an atlantis tank on it. I recently ordered a sigelei 150w mod and a pair of sony 18650vtc4 batteries, just waiting on them to get here in the mail. I want to purchase a tank atty for my sig and im wondering which ones you guys recommend. Im looking for good flavor outta my atty and id like to be able to chase some decent sized clouds aswell. So any recommendations based on the informaton ive provided would be greatly appreciated.

I I've used a few aspire products and found them all to be shoddy. The atomizers are over priced, and the quality control is sub par.

Oddly enough I've used several Aspire products; I've found them to be well made and have had absolutely zero issues with them.

For the OP, if you've already been using your buddy's Atlantis and you like it then that's an option for you. Another suggestion would be the Kangar Subtank (mini or standard), it comes with an RTA deck so you can build your own when you're ready. Note that I've never used one but have heard good things about it.

Most cloud vapers use dripper atomizers. You have to carry a bottle in your pocket and feed it frequently or use a squonker (mod with a juice bottle inside that you squeeze to replenish the atomizer).

Some of the rebuildable tank atomizers might provide enough vapor to suit you. The Atlantis is popular and so is the Kayfun. It depends on whether you are happy with cigar level vapor or want room filling vapor. Blowing clouds is more about airflow than anything else. Wattage can be varied, but sometimes you have to drill some holes to balance out high wattage heat, cool the vape, and create clouds.

I recommend a Kayfun Lite Plus, and the best price on it right now is here:
Kayfun Lite plus - InTaste

Shipped is 65,42EUR, which works out to be $73.41.

If you're local to Columbus Ohio, I'll let you try one of mine out before you buy. They, with a Erlkonigin, is all I use. The KFL+ won't make "clouds", but the flavor is fantastic. Vape created is respectful.

Just my two cents.

As you can see, there are more than enough choices, and if you don't like the first one you choose there are plenty of vendors that will be glad to sell you a different one.

I'm a cheap old cuss, and I try to see how long I can make things last instead of how fast I can use stuff up.
My carto tanks are 4 years old, and still work just fine.

Gonna really enjoy a week In Park City for our 50th anniversary a whole lot more than a new tank that will be "outdated" in a week.

I've used the Kanger Subtank and the Atlantis and have to say that the Kanger seems to be more efficient. At the same wattage, using the supplied .5 ohm coils in both, the Kanger gives me a better vape - more vapor and flavor. I have to jack up the wattage on the Atlantis to get the same vape as the Kanger tank.

Also, to the op, rebuilding a single coil dripping atomizer is actually easier than building a single coil RTA, at least to me. It's not getting the coil right, but with the dripper you never have to worry about the wick tails in the juice channels, out of the juice channels, too short, too long, not cut properly, not feathered properly - these are all of the various terms I've seen and read about here in discussions about various RTAs.

I have had very good luck with single coil Kayfun style RTA's like the Kayfun and Lemo, but a dripping atty is even easier to master.

If I were going to recommend an RTA to a relatively new vaper, I would say to go with a Kanger Sub Mini. It gives you the option of using the pre-made coils at .5 or 1.2 ohms and you also get an RBA. It may not be a true cloud chaser's dream, but I can fog up a small room pretty god with mine even though that really isn't my goal.
