Which brands/builds are reliable in terms of consumer safety?

I think the Swag isn't so good for TC if you use low wattage coils. You can't lower the wattage below 30W in TC. So if you are MTL and vaping at lower wattage, it is probably not a good choice for TC mode. It is light weight and easy to carry around but the button interface is too esoteric as well.

just a general question now that ive read more into this stuff, are there not really any commercial coils you can use for TC mode? it seems like everyone is building there own out of SS which I'm not rlly able to do

There are a few I know of- Sense makes stainless steel coils for their V Jet tank which I have and like. Works well. Smok makes some ss as well although I’ve never used them and I do read quite a lot about bad Smok coils. The Vaporesso GT cCell ceramic is a stainless steel wire although you won’t find that information anywhere. I contacted them and they confirmed it is a ss wire and should be used in VT (TC) or TCR mode.

I’m sure there must be others but those are the ones I know of. I use the CCell coil the most in both the NRG and Cascade tank and I like it a lot. Very flavorful and long lasting for me.

I don't think Smok makes a SS coil, but the Eleaf ELLO tank has a SS coil which just happens to also be compatible with the Smok BB and BBB tanks.

Actually Smok does not offer anything in SS or for TC at all. Uwell offers SS coils for the Crown tanks and there are also SS coils in an Atlantis design which fits lots of different Atlantis compatible tanks. The vaporesso euc coils also come in a ceramic SS style for either the vtoc take k or others with an adapter sleeve.
