Which e-cig to buy? (and other noob questions)

Hello All, I'm new to electronic cigarettes, actually I don't have one... yet.

The thing is that I'm not sure what model to buy nor where to buy it, what do you recommend?

My location is Panama City - Panama, but since the postal services here sucks I have a mail account in miami (usa), if the orders doesn't go over 50 the shi
pping (form usa to here) is relative affordable (< 10) however if it goes over 50 (us dollars) then there are other charges... So if I can find a good e-cig
for less than 50 that will be great...

What is the normal life time of an e-cig? with proper care and all of that?

Another thing that worries me is the price of the liquid, I smoke 1 and a half pack per day, in local prices that's around 76 dollars per month.

How much does the e-liquid cost? (I think I'll prefer non flavored) and how long does it last?

I'll go tomorrow to check if there a reseller here, but I doubt it...

I'll appreciate your recommendation about where to buy a good e-cigarette and quality e-liquid.

PS: I have no intentions to quit smoking but my wife doesn't smoke and I'm hurting her with my fumes...

I am new here too and from what I have gathered the dse901 seems to be the most recommended for beginners as well as the 510 (joye510). But thus far I have been steered to the dse901 with manual batteries and so far I am very pleased.

My next mod will be to try tea bag "cloth" for the "cart filler" and possibly experiment with some other materials in search for that longer lasting bigger badder puff of vapor that we all seek. But in all, I am happy with no regrets. I do however have two 510s on the way just so I can try something different.

The bottom of the forums here are loaded with reviews and forum sponsors. i suggest taking a look at the video reviews and purchacing one from those who support the forums and us. ( they do help pay the bills arround here)

I would ONLY buy a manual PV (personal vaporizer). Based on your cost restrictions, I would get either the new MANUAL DSE901 (not the regular 901) or the Joye 510. Which ever model you decide upon make sure you order spare atomisers for it even with careful use they can just die without warning leaving you waiting for more to be delivered.

I am not careful and I hammer my atties (DSE901/RN4075), never clean them unless they taste bad and they last on avarage 2-3 weeks.
