Which Japanese cotton is better, Koh Gen Do, or SHISEIDO?

After using them all, I've never noticed any real difference as lond as it's the same puff-sheet style. Some are a bit more dense, some are a bit more fluffy, but they all work. I would recommend Labo, it's much cheaper than KGD or Shisedo for the same quality (edit: 200 pads for $8 on Amazon, vs 80 for $23 for KGD)

Thank you, I saw that earlier at Amazon but didn't really look into it. Now the descriptions look great, and the price is even greater. Thanks again! :)

The main advantage of the cotton squares (e.g. KGD, Shiseido) are that the fibers are nearly all parallel, allowing for better wicking via capillary action. I've never used Labdo, but it looks like it is combed parallel like the other two, and is a great deal for $7.50. If I weren't ankle deep in Shiseido, I would jump on that price.

I've tried a few of the Japanese cotton pads. Someone gave me a couple at a vape convention, I bought a few singles from a vape store.. And after all is said and done, I really prefer the Cotton Bacon by Wick N' Vape.

Haven't seen many opinions on Cotton Bacon. I bought some because it was there when I was ordering some other stuff. It was a little hard pull apart and work with. I had to cut it to size with scissors. But it worked so well that it's my favorite now.

Nowhere near as cheap as other stuff, but really the cost of wicks is a pretty small piece of the pie.

it doesnt matter. I started using non organic, (since i live in Japan, all cotton is in the pad style. After that, I moved to Organic, starting with one called puff (Available online for cheap, or in drugstores in Japan)

Then I found Koh Gen Do, for about 7$ for 80 sheets. so I bought it. Pretty much the same. I vape organic because it tastes better at the start, and its proabably healthier, but really, within the organics... dont worry about it, get the cheaper one. organic is organic.

Not sure about that based on the appearance of the two: Shiseido is snow-white, while KGD has a yellowish, almost dirty look to it.

And I wouldn't order KGD or any sought after vaping supplies from Amazon.

Why is that? I've seen several people recommend getting supplies from there...

Add me to the list of those that want to know. Granted, most of my vape supplies come from vendors, but I've bought quite a few things from Amazon (I am a Prime member) and their prices and no-fuss return policy keeps me going back.
