I'm wondering which liquids, additives and sweeteners that are hard on atty's, either requiring more frequent cleaning or premature death, or quick death. I'm having problems killing atty's every day or so and am trying to track down the cause. By the way, I'm dripping and keeping my atty's very wet.
Using 80/20 PG/VG

I'll be making my own juice real soon and don't want to add anything that kill my atty's. thanks

From my expierence vaping I can tell you that first and foremost that undiluted VG is really good at killing atomizers. Some liquids I have tried that contain oil based flavorings may taste good, but killed my atomizers quick as hell. On liquid in particular I could tell contained oil because when you let it sit overnight, it would separate and sit at the top.

I have also had serious problems with dark colored/black liquids. Most times this falls in the catagorey of coffee type flavors. If I happen upon a liquid that is opaque I will avoid it at all costs. This is just my opinion though, I'm sure others will have plenty to add :)

my suspects are clove, cinnamon and cocoa in that order but i haven't done any real scientific test. (identical or at least same shipment attys with different juices and equivalent vaping time on each.) there is a lot of anecdotal evidence that oily flavors are death but the dark is death view is often balanced by folks like the poster above. It could also be vaping style times flavor that gets them clogged. i think long hot drags are hard on an atomizer.
