Even if you stick with a stock 510, I highly suggest considering at the least a little eGo USB Passthrough Battery. They're only about $25 bucks and include a usb cord. The charger is built in, and you can use it while it's charging, or pull it off and enjoy several hours of vaping from the 600-700ish mah battery.
Bigger than a regular 510 battery, but still small, light, and should last ya in the very least 6mo. (rated at 300 charge cycles) Probably one of the best values in the entire e-cig industry.
Just the cord that comes with it would cost ya up to $12 at Walmart (tho' I doubt this one is for actual data transfer).

This makes a lot of sense.
You might consider the eGo + a 5 pack of Boge 2.0 ohm cartomizers + a top feeder like Vapemate + a delrin drip tip and you've got a great vape at a reasonable cost that is easy to maintain and convenient.
