Xfactor - Xdoctor is correct on the advise and I have been mixing for about 4+ months. For me I have found the sweetspot to be right around 80Pg/20vg. This is ballpark and not set in stone since I make a base mix of 78Pg/32Vg at 12mg/ml. I draw off this base to make my sauce in small batches (3 or 5mls). My juices range in flavor from 5% to 15% flavor and all flavoring is Pg so as you can see the end juice could be slightly above or below the 80/20 ratio.

Thanks. i didn't know the flavoring could be Pg or Vg. I thought it was simply flavoring. I wanted to know if VG gives a sweeter taste than PG?

The majority of flavorings are in a solutuion of Pg. Flavor Apprentice has some in all Vg though and Cappellas has some alcohol in a few of their flavorings. I do believe that VG has a somewht sweeter taste but not enough to make flavors come alive like a few drops of sweetner. Also as stated by Xdoctor vg does not ransmit flavors as well as Pg so if you are going for a vg based sauce you will need to bump flavor concentrations a bit.

PG wicks faster because it is thinner, this will also effect the amount of vapor produced. When dripping, you don't have to really worry about wick speed of your atomizer/cartomizer. They have to soak the fluid up and move it to the coil. VG is horribly thick when un-diluted, and can burn cartomizers because the fluid moves too slow (wicks slow) and the coil burns.

Yes, VG naturally produces more vapor when dripping, and a few styles of attys. Cartomizers though, especially the CE2R4 variety LOVE thin juices and will produce insane vapor if you can feed them a thin juice fast enough. Simply cutting VG with everclear is my normal route when bored and just want to vape VG and not burn up my attys or cartomizers.

How much everclear do you mix with the VG? Also, I'm thinking of trying the CE2's...I'm looking for my answer but if someone can tell me I'd appreciate it: are they exclusive to COV? It doesn't look like I can find them in Canada.
