Which wire is best for atomizers

Hello
This is a very complicated topic I know.
But I would like to hear what You prefer for wire when building coils for atomizers like kayfun's ?

Is Kanthal the best? Which mm? (0.10/0.25/0.3)
NiChrome ? (0.15/0.21)
Silver wire ? (0.15)

Will be using both a Mech mod and a VV.

I use 28 ga (0.33 mm) Kanthal A-1. 7/8 wraps around a 3/32 drill bit

My preference is to use 28 gauge Kanthal for coils intended to be used for mechs, and 30 gauge Kanthal for coils intended for use in regulated mods. The 30 gauge will give a higher resistance with less wire making it easier to build a smaller coil for the regulated mod. 32 gauge works for this as well, but is far more delicate.

I also use Kanthal A-1 either 28ga (micro coils) or 30ga for regular coils. About $7.00 for a 100' roll shipped off eBay.

I use 28g kanthal 10 raps micro coils on a 1/16 drill bit for my kayfun types
