this can mean only one thing. its over.
this is the pre bombardment before the
invasion and occupation of the vaping
industry.
onerous prosecution along with the
media blitzkrieg exposing what us
evil vapors have really been up too
all along. right before the FDA rides
in on their white horse with their
regulations to end all this chicanery
and save the chillin'.

I do not have the knowledge to evaluate this, but am posting it for the benefit of Americans

The National Law Review:

While FDA
The gist of the FTC action, if pursued, relates to unsubstantiated claims related to the product i.e. that it is a healthy alternative to smoking. Though this is a premise that many vapers believe it is not a claim that producers can make without rigorous proof. A similar action was enforced against the vitamin and supplement industry several years ago

The FTC recently conducted an investigation into whether a firm violated sections 5 and 12 of the Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 45, 52) in connection with the company’s advertising, marketing, and sale of its e-cigarette products.[3] The Commission’s inquiry focused, in part, on whether the firm had adequate substantiation for its representations that its e-cigarettes do not contain toxic chemicals and will not damage a user’s lungs.

The above link is from the FTC act 15 u.s.a.45 and 52. Interesting. These sections are labeling and marketing. I am obsessed with every detail. I am on-line for hours looking this stuff up. Curiosity and the thirst for truth has worn this vaping silver top out.

I am growing so weary from all of this. While I agree with regulations as far as minors, label ingredients, and childproof caps the rhetoric from politicians, antz and the media is wearing me out. Common sense has been deleted from America.

Perhaps you've made the case for avoiding regulation altogether...
