Do these bottom feed attys go by a name/term?

Usually just called bottom fed rba. Most of the time there usually just regular dripper rba that's converted into bottom fed by drilling out the center possitive post for the feed hole.

Some are originally made for bottom feeding devices.

Most rba's can be converted to bottom feed, there is a guy Chowderhead1972 in the Catfish atty mods thread on ECF who modifies all kinds of rba's for bottom feed and sells them at a reasonable price.

The simplicity of the Reo is obvious but what is not is the amount of thought and design work to make such a rugged and effective device, the designer Rob is a gifted dude.
