This is a special recipe to me. It's the first one I made and it dates back to atleast 2010.

I don't recommend TFA DDL. FW's is better all around. More smooth, tame and just tastes better.


Steep 24 hours in a crockpot on low for 120ml.

I'm using all DX and v2 blends.

Maybe the site was trying to tell you something. You say you're using DX and all V2 blends, but the picture shows V1? Maybe it was that inconsistency, or do you really use V1 at such a high percentage?

Yes, that's what the picture shows. That's why I spelled it out.
8% isn't high for Capellas Custard v1 or v2. That's what the recipe I started with called for.
I don't care what percentage any one flavor is as long as the total is under 20% and it tastes good.

No, I don't use v1, I use v2.

The reason it says that is because elrecipes will give you a drop down when you start typing something in. V2 wasn't an option at the time iirc.

It's all good man, everyone's likes and tastebuds are all different. I would've been upset typing it more than once, so I was jus trying to lighten the mood.

The reason I use 8/9% Capella Custard is because I wanted that to be what it was layered on. I wanted to add what it was missing or was to subtle.
