Who do you contact if your package doesn't arrive?

Seeing as how Ave is not currently responding to anyone I figured id ask here to get info from everyone else's past experiences......who do I contact if I don't receive my package from usps? I placed two orders the last time we were open and they shipped out ok.....but only one arrived and the other one seems to be stuck in the postal hole with no progress since Saturday. I know I need to give it a little time yet, just trying to get a plan together if needed.

phew.....

Out for delivery today after being re-processed back thru the same hub again ...??? Must have processed in the wrong bin the other day.

I was beginning to worry that someone at PO saw the AVE label and swiped it for themselves.

This was my "big" order of a whole 18ml. The one that arrived ok was only 6ml due to being sold out of others. My "Big" order didn't process the first time and I tried to re-do, and only left with 6ml in stock.

Yippee! Hopefully its not an empty package with a "sorry" note attached.

I went through this not too long ago with some mesh from okc vapes. They had everything right but the mail only lets their computers check stuff. If a human would've looked at the label they would've seen what was wrong with it. It just kept bouncing from city to city

LOL! My dad (former PO employee) says this happens quite a bit.

Got it today in mail! Should last a couple days :( I guess ya get what the man gives ya.....and don't complain about it.
