There are a lot of benefits of vaping as compared to analogs but I work on the computer all day
and vape ALL DAY.. I only stop when I'm sleeping..

The only negative I can think of about these things is the nicotine addiction is becoming STRONGER
for me and since I can vape anywhere.. I DO.

I always tell myself that "tomorrow" I'll cut back but that never happens.

How many of you are doing the same?

ME!!! I find that I vape more than I ever smoked!!! A lot of it has to do with the fact that when we did smoke analogs, we did it outside and never in my house. Now that I can vape in my house, there's nothing stopping me from letting my pv hang out of mouth all day. LOL :D I'm thinking I *might* be able to reduce my nic intake if I can lower my nic level....BIG IF!!

That'd be me!

You'll step down the nic as you need ... just listen to your body. I started at 24, stayed there for 6-7 months when I started getting the hiccups on a regular basis, a little hot flashy, and just jittery. It was time to step down to 18. Then about a month ago (~9 months later) the same jittery feelings started again ... time to go to 12. No troubles at all.

I should say that I tried to step from 24 to 14 and that was a bit too much. I could tell I wasn't getting the nic that my body wanted ... up to 18 and no trouble whatsoever.

You'll get there. Don't judge yourself based on other vapers; listen to you body and your instinct, they'll lead you to where you need to be.

Well if it isn't all day it's pretty close. I made a promise to myself that each month that goes by, I reduce my DIY nic strength by .5 or 1mg/ml. I started at 24mg and now mixing 18mg so i"m ahead of schedule. I vape alot. Leave home with an ego, 3.7v box mod and extra bat, maybe a 510 manual bat, and maybe 20ml of juice. I can't stick to one flavor for an extended period of time so i bring maybe 3 diff flavors with me. Never know when your gunna get stuck somewhere for awhile.

I vape a lot more than I used to smoke. I was around a 25 a day smoker so by no means a light smoker but with vaping I have it going constantly! My nic level is around the 11mg mark, probably have to drop it more if I keep this up. I've only been vaping around three weeks though so thinking that maybe the novelty will wear off eventually and I'll cut back......we'll see :)

Love this thread.

I vape more than I ever smoked (two packs a day for 45 years). But it's not due to 'available smoking time and/or location. It's the oral satisfaction, vape, flavor and lack of the smokers 'tar track'.

I started out vaping 24 mg 28 days ago and quickly dropped to 18 mg. Maybe this is why I'm vaping so much. I'll find out in about a month when I'll try 12. Regardless of where I wind up on the nic scale, I'll continue to vape even if I get to zero (due to the above). :vapor:

All day, every day.

I'm able to vape at my desk, so I'm vaping from the time I wake up until I go to bed (with my PV ready on the nightstand). I started out at 24mg, and I've been mixing DIY juice at 21mg for several months now. I've actually been thinking about trying to step down the nic a bit.

I was also a pack-a-day chain smoker, the difference this time being I feel infinitely better, so I try not to worry about it.

I vape in a way I could never smoke analogs. ~However~, I can also just stop vaping for days and weeks at a time. I enjoy it but I don't find myself more irritable or craving a vape if I don't have one readily available. That aspect of it seems different for me. Ages ago w/ analogs I found myself having all the regular withdrawal symptoms.

Gods know what I'm doing to my body w/ this much nicotine though. I'll solve that in 2012. Err... make that 2013. -Magnus
