Thanks to everyone who posted, especially swedishfish for the link and coupon code.

I ended up going to Joogler juice and buying some prefilled cartomizers (why don't more places sell these?), some juice, and a drip tip. Now I should be fully loaded when the 510 finally gets here from China.
