Who has the best Dulce De Leche liquid?

Hi guys, I know it's all subjective and all that, but in your opinion, who has the best (or has a really good) Dulce De Leche liquid?

I have only ordered this flavor from ECBlend twice, one with extra flavor and really really liked it

The other with Double Extra Flavor, but the taste really changed

I DO like my flavors to be upfront / strong / in your face, I'm not into subtle tasting liquid.

With the DXF one though, it wasn't a matter of how strong the flavor was, but the flavor itself seemed like something else completely.

Any input is appreciated.

i've tried velvet vapor's dulce de leche and it's pretty good. i'd recommend it.
with that said, it's the only dulce de leche e-liquid i've tried so i don't have much to compare to.

thanks for the tip metro, just visited the site and they actually have it on sale (60ml for $14) along with a few others.

what else have you tried from Velvet? first time I read about that vendor.

I'm going to wait for a few other replies though, I'm waiting to see what vendor pops up the most (if any) as recommended for a good dulce de leche

i've tried a number of velvet vapor's e-liquids. just last night i ordered some of their sale items ($14 for 60ml bottles!) in dulce de leche, english toffee and cola.
if you like caramelly flavors like dulce de leche i would try their hazelnut which i really liked (also on sale) and their velvet vanilla.

Are their liquids on the strong side or more of the undertone kind? that's the deal breaker for me.

and too bad they dont offer any variation of RY4 (just visited). That's my favorite flavor and I like to order one from every new vendor i try

well, it's hard to say. i found their VG/PG mixes a bit muted in flavor and their all PG ones very strong in flavor.
as i'm not a fan of straight PG i've mixed the two versions together for the perfect taste for me, but i realize that gets more complicated than you might want to deal with.

yeah, that's a definitely deal breaker, I'm only vaping using RBAs these days, love them for their clean flavor, but the intensity itself is a bit muted compared to a regular atomizer
