THIS GUY!

With every breath I take these days, I cannot believe that, once upon a time, I smoked cigarettes. Sometimes when I take a breath, it feels like my lungs expand to sizes that I have forgotten existed! I used to breathe hard just walking a flight of stairs, now, I run those same stairs.
My lungs no longer feel tight and constricted while just drawing a breath.
I had a physical the other day and for the first time in years, my doctor didnt say anything about any wheezing noises coming from my chest.
My clothes dont smell bad either!
I used to wake up in the middle of the night sometimes, just to smoke a cigarette. Now, I lay in my bed listening to myself breathe and am just amazed to think about how it "used to be".
I have more money in my bank account now because I am not spending nine bucks for a pack of coughs.
I hope that anyone who is thinking about quitting smoking, does it. You will be so much happier. Trust me. I was a pack, or more, a day smoker for over 25 years and thought I would never get to where I am now. I should have quit years ago!

I was lucky. Pick up an e cig and that was it. I haven't even come close to wanting a Marlboro Light and I especially hated going into 7/11 to buy a carton every 5 days. I used to walk up 13 stairs here and go to bed and have to take(I counted) 8 deep breaths before I could breathe 'normally'. Then I would cough hard for 10 minutes trying to clear my throat. I was going down fast.
I would give Hon Lik the kiss on either side of his face just to show my gratitude...OK a fake kiss.
I was ready to die at my fathers age, 59. I lost 5 members of my family to lung cancer. I have hope. We have hope.
