I've searched online to learn more about Tony B who works with Vandy vape, and I haven't seen any info on him. That's intriguing... almost looks like a fake name that Vandy vape puts on their mods to make it seem like it's been designed by a famous guy...

Not saying you are wrong Dom but there are dozens of mods that look like these out on the market and the two are not identical. Most of the mods out there look the same with a few exceptions. The bottom line as I understand it, Tony went to them with a design and chip requirement and they agreed to make the mod as specified, later they pulled the plug and supposedly used the design he requested. Bottom line is none of us will really know what happened but these days all mods (and a lot of tanks) all look the same and basically have design. The OBS Nano and Zeus recently came out with something innovative but not much has changed over the course of the past two or three years.

From the time vaping really started taking off, China has cloned pretty much anything that sold over 100 units. I find it humorous when someone works with a Chinese company and then gets mad that their design gets stolen. That's what they do to everyone, and folks accept and review their products, enter into deals to have their names put on the product, and when it goes wrong I'm supposed to get mad at the company? Sorry, but I don't.

Tony seems like a good guy, got caught in the middle of two companies one upping each other.
Yea, he was done dirty in a way, but that’s how these companies operate.

I don’t own any VooPoo stuff, but I wouldn’t avoid them if they put out something I’m interested in.

Yeah, honestly "mod wars" is not a show I'd watch. Unless they built vaping robots designed to destroy each other, but still vape.
