WHo made the coffee/vanilla/vodka/rum/tobacco recipe?

I found a thread early last week where someone posted their recipe that had soaking tobacco in vodka for a day, filter, add PG, VG, ground coffee, vanilla and a bit of rum. I can't find this recipe, and don't remember who posted it. I really would like to give this a try today.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No. I searched every page of that thread. I don't think it was on an actual recipe thread, but on one in another section started by someone asking a related subject.
