I think I'll just stick to modding... It doesn't hurt the wallet nearly as bad, and I can usually make 5 for the price they're charging.. Sorry PS Fans, no hard feelings...

-Jim

I have basic electronics skills, and can solder... but my fabrication skills are non-existent. I know I'd never be able to make anything as nice as the Prodigy. I might be able to make something in a Radio Shack project box, but I don't want to carry that around with me.

As for being a PS fan... that remains to be seen. I've only purchased from them twice in the past, and both times left a bad taste in my mouth (the first time figuratively, the second literally).

I have to admit I'm tempted, but I just can't justify it. I have a SD, which is great for my 901 atomizers, and I have a JantyStick that should be arriving in the next few weeks, which will be super for my 801 atomizers.

There are only so many devices I can justify owning, especially when I've got so many that I'm so pleased with. But I'm wishing them every bit of success, and maybe after the reviews come out, I'll decide that I *need* just one more device . . . . :D

Hey walrus, or anyone who might know... If I bought the 901 prodigy thats out now..Am I correct in thinking that I would then just have to purchase a 401 adaptor when it comes out, to be able to use it with both my 901 and 401? Or would I actually have to purchase 2 prodigys?

It's my understanding ... just the adaptor ...

Just buy the bare bones and throw in one atty to make it past the free shipping deal otherwise you pay for shipping so you might as well get a free atty. I'm really hoping this is going to be perfect for what I need withe the 901 and an all day out and about sneak a vape without ever having to worry about batteries.

That's what I ended up doing Lucky & with the 18650 battery it should last a long time. The MAH rating says 2200 but is probably more like 1200 to 1500 the MAH ratings tend to be grossly exaggerated. At even half of what it says it should be an all day smoke. I doubt it will vape for days though.

BTW - I have this charger DealExtreme: $8.81 TrustFire All-in-One Charger (for 10430/10440/14500/16340 /17670/18650/CR123A) and can highly recommend it as it charges any of the various batteries I have for SD, e-cigar, magnum mods, nicostick, janty stick and now the prodigy.
