there is a few places.. www.onestopdiyshop.com i would find the unflavored e-liquid highest mg from whatever place is selling it cheap though.. for flavors there is a few sites all depends on what you are looking for

all you really need is something to measure with .. dropper from kids medicines works fine.. empty bottles to put the mix in, unflavored juice with higher nic content than you want to make.. and a few flavorings

juicyliquid.com sells syringes.

Syringes/Pipettes/Tweezers : JuicyLiquid.com, DIY E-Liquid and Accessories!

I use syringes for dispensing and mixing. They sell dropper bottles too but they are expensive. USPlastics.com sells dropper bottles for very cheap.

Cylinder and Boston Round Bottles with Dropper Caps | U.S. Plastic Corp.

I get 3, 6, and 10 mL clear plastic bottles.

I use a tool box for supplies, and an compartment electrician's parts case for flavors and DIY juices I make. DIYflavorshack sells tool boxes with DIY supplies along with high-nic juice...might be the most convenient and one-stop-shopping saves on shipping charges.

A box of nitrile gloves is not a bad idea either if you intend to be working with large quantities of very high-nic juice.

And expect to go through lots of paper towels! :D

Depends how much you want to spend. If you get the DIY stuff from e-cig suppliers you're usually going to spend more than if you go directly to the manufacturer (or retail store, or eBay or whatever). So it's up to you whether you want the convenience of ordering from one place or saving money and getting your stuff from several different places. I usually go the "save money" route!
